PPR Pipes (standard lengths: 4 m or 6 m)

End protection: Plastic caps on both ends to keep dust/moisture out and protect welding surfaces.

Bundling:

10–25 pieces per bundle (depends on diameter).

Wrapped in stretch film or corrugated cardboard.

Secured with nylon straps every ~1.2 m; edge protectors at contact points.

Multilayer pipes are mostly flexible coils (16–63 mm); larger diameters come as straight lengths.

Coils (standard: 50 m / 100 m / 200 m / 500 m)

End protection: Both ends sealed with plastic caps to block dust/moisture and protect the inner/outer PEX layers.

Inner wrap: Tightly wound coil wrapped in kraft paper or PE stretch film to prevent scratches and UV damage.

Outer pack:

Small coils (16–32 mm): Single-wall carton or PP woven bag.

Large coils (40–63 mm): Double/triple-wall carton or heat-shrink film + palle

 

Manifold (Brass/Stainless Steel) 

Port sealing: All threaded/connection ports sealed with plastic caps or foam plugs (anti-dust, anti-scratch, anti-thread damage).

Surface wrap: Entire manifold wrapped in bubble film or EPE foam (2–3 layers) to protect valves, flow meters, and gauges.

Internal support: Custom plastic/foam holders secure dual manifolds (supply/return) in parallel to prevent shifting and collision.

 

Fittings (elbows, tees, couplings, etc.)

Inner pack: Small parts in clear plastic bags by size/type.

Outer pack:

Standard: Corrugated cartons (20–50 pcs/carton).

Bulk: Woven PP bags for large quantities.
