INSTALATION NOTES
1. Before construction, we need to carefully inspect each water pipe to see if there is any rupture or damage at both ends. If there is rupture and damage, we should cut it slightly during installation to facilitate subsequent smooth installation. But it should be noted that when we are cutting, we cannot use hammers or heavy objects to hit the water pipe to prevent the pipe from bursting, so as not to shorten its service life.
2. We also need to master certain skills when cutting, so as to ensure that its cross-section is flat. The end surface of the PPR pipe to be cut should be perpendicular to the pipe axis. The pipe should be cut with a special pipe cutter. Then we need to fix the fusion splicer and place it on the rack, and then install the corresponding heating die according to the required pipe specifications and use it. Hexagonal wrenches are generally small at the front end.
3. When connecting the power supply, we must make sure that the machine has entered the working state (the green indicator light is on and the red indicator light is off). At this time, it means that the fusion splicer enters the automatic control state, and we can proceed to the next operation. It should be noted that when the fuser is in the automatic temperature control state, the red and green lights will alternately light up by itself, which means that the fuser is in a controlled state and does not affect the operation.
